Delivery Information
Local standard courier: $5 per order
All local orders above $80 will enjoy complimentary local standard courier.
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment. Parcels should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
All local deliveries are via doorstep courier - Ninjavan
Restricted areas: Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Alps Avenue, Brani Terminal Avenue, Changi Airport (only areas with restricted access), Jurong Island, Kusu Island, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Busing, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Sakeng, Pulau Sebarok, Pulau Ubin, Rifle Range, Seletar Aerospace, St John Island, Turf Club Avenue, West Camp Road.
Local doorstep couriers deliver between 9am to 10pm from Monday to Friday.
In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, the agent will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts). In the event of multiple failed deliveries, the customer will have to bear the re-delivery fees of $5.
We will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcel if parcel is acknowledged and/or asking to leave in riser/shoe rack etc.
In the event your parcel has not reached you within 7 working days (local SG orders) after your parcel has been dispatched to the courier, kindly email in to chonghoehealthcare@gmail.com to enquire on your parcel status.
Return & Exchange
No return or exchange of all products. perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
