Cancellation Policy

Please read the cancellation policy carefully before submitting your registration for the course. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by Chong Hoe Healthcare upon submission of your registration.

 

Booking:

1. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.

2. Payment is done on Chong Hoe Healthcare website only. We will not call or message to ask for bank or credit card details. Please ignore such calls or messages that ask you for such details and make police reports if necessary. Please do not make payment to our staff personal bank account. Chong Hoe Healthcare is not liable to honour transactions made in secret between staff and participants. 

3. Your seat is secured only upon full payment of course fee prior to the start of class.

 

Cancellation:

1. By participant: Course fee is non-refundable once payment is made. In case of cancellation, you may choose to:

   • Transfer your seat to another person to attend the course. Please inform us by Whatsapp 88317963 of the replacement attendee’s name and contact number. Payment should be settled between yourself and the replacement attendee.

   • Change to a later course date that can be of the same or different class content. Should there be a fee difference, participants will be required to make top-ups accordingly or redeem for other services or products should the replacement class value is lower than.

   • Redeem for other services or retail products in Chong Hoe Healthcare clinic for equal or higher value. 

 

1. By organiser: Chong Hoe Healthcare is entitled to cancel the class if insufficient participants have registered or in the event of a disaster or other compelling reasons. Participants will be fully refunded on the course fee should there be any cancellations made by Chong Hoe Healthcare. 

 

Recording, Copyright and PDPA:

1. Participants may take photos during lessons for their own recording purpose. Video-taking is not allowed unless permissible by instructor or speaker.

2. All materials and course notes are properties of Chong Hoe Healthcare for participants’ personal use. It should not be mass disseminated or duplicated without prior permission from Chong Hoe Healthcare. Legal action may be taken against participants who go against this term.  

3. By signing up for the course, you agree to give your consent to Chong Hoe Healthcare to collect, use and disclose your personal data as provided in this application form, for the purpose of event administration, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

4. Photography, videography or online meeting recordings (including video recording, audio recording and chat messages recording) of the event may take place for event planning feedback purposes as well as publicity purposes on printed and online media. By attending this event, you agree and consent to be subjected to the above recordings for the stated purposes without payment or compensation.

 

Damages or Loss:

1. Chong Hoe Healthcare is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury suffered or whatsoever suffered or sustained by participants (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) during the course of lesson. Hence, please take responsibility for your personal belongings and be aware of potential accidents e.g. scalding when taking hot drinks.

2. Participants may be liable to monetary compensation for damages or losses of products, furniture or facilities due to willful unreasonable use by participants during the course of lesson.

 

Others:

1. Chong Hoe Healthcare reserves the final right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice to all participants.
