Downloading the Voov Client
Download the Application

Go to https://voovmeeting.com/ and download your preferred version from the Download Center. Alternatively, you may find the Voov app in Android Play Store or Apple Store.

Once the App has been installed successfully, you will see it on your mobile interface.
Joining the Online Meeting
There are two ways to join the meeting: 1) using the Meeting ID provided, or 2) using the Meeting link given.
It is not necessary to have an account prior to joining the meeting. You may create an account if you wish to do so.
Method 1: Joining through Meeting ID

Open the Voov application.

Click 'Join Meeting'. Enter the Meeting ID and Your Name. Please ensure that the Name you use is the same as the one you registered with, i.e. First Name + Last Name. Turn on/off the camera and mic.

Then, tap on ‘Join Meeting’. Enter Meeting Password. Click 'Join' to enter Meeting.
4. Verify Location. Then select 'I have read and agree....', click 'Next'.
5. You will be brought to a Waiting Room. Please wait as our moderator admits you into the room. You may change your Display name (if you haven't done so); adjust your Mic, Video and Speaker settings while waiting. If you have encountered any issue and require assistance, you may chat with our moderator using the Chat function.
Method 2: Joining through Meeting Link

Click on the link provided in the email, or copy the link into your web browser. You will be asked to 'Join Now' or 'Join from Browser'. Read the instructions below:
i) To join with Voov client [Recommended]

You will need to download the Voov application beforehand

Click 'Join Now'. You will be prompted to open the Voov app on your device, click 'Open Voov'
ii) To join with web browser

This function is still in beta testing mode and full features may not be available

Click 'Join from Browser'

You will be redirected to the meeting window on your web browser
2. Enter the Meeting ID and Your Name. Please ensure that the Name you use is the same as the one you registered with, i.e. First Name + Last Name. Turn on/off the camera and mic. Click 'Join Meeting'.
3. Next, enter the Meeting Password to join.
4. You may be prompted to Verify Location and to consent to their Agreement. Select 'I have read and agree....', click 'Next'.
5. You will be brought to a Waiting Room. Please wait as our moderator admits you into the room. You may change your Display name (if you haven't done so); adjust your Mic, Video and Speaker settings while waiting. If you have encountered any issue and require assistance, you may chat with our moderator using the Chat function.
